Hello Everyone! This is Gulten who designed and maintained our website for 10 years. In a few months, hopefully, our new management company will have a website for our community. I will continue to update until transition period is over. I understand, it may be in March 2019 sometime. Gulten Argamak.

HOA dues are $66 monthly beginning January 2019

Welcome to Canyon View.

Canyon View is a great place to be! We are a community of homeowners who are age 55 and better, enjoying our small community and its many amenities. We are an established neighborhood, but many of our homes are less than ten years old. We enjoy low-maintenance landscaping, energy-efficient homes and well-kept common areas. The centerpiece of our community is our private clubhouse/pool complex.

Join in!

While nearly all of our homes are owner-occupied, some rental opportunities do exist. All residents in good standing are welcome to participate in clubhouse activities, use the pool, spa, workout area, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe area and other amenities. Our media room has a large-screen TV where neighbors watch everything from sporting events to operas. There’s a library of books, DVDs and magazines to borrow as you wish. A calendar of events posted in the clubhouse is a guide to what’s happening when! There’s no shortage of things to do in Canyon View, but if you are the type who simply enjoys the Arizona sun, mountain views, taking walks or lounging on your patio, you’ll find our walls surround a safe and quiet neighborhood. Group activities are planned by you and your neighbors, not by a large organization. Whether it’s a patio barbecue, a potluck lunch, card games, crafting, group travel or water aerobics, you can enjoy the company of your Canyon View neighbors in many ways.

Location, Location, Location.

Green Valley stretches for miles along I-19 and Canyon View residents often remark that they couldn’t have found a more convenient location within this acclaimed retirement destination. We’re just three blocks from the library and midway between two of Green Valley’s major shopping areas: the Green Valley Village and the many stores along Duval Mine Road including Safeway, Basha’s, Wal-Mart and more. A favorite place for both shoppers and volunteering is the White Elephant thrift store, located just three blocks away. Our closest neighbor is Carondelet Medical Center. Getting around by foot, bike or golf cart is especially easy from Canyon View. Plus: Traveling to Tucson and Tucson International Airport is easy from our side of town.

This is home!

Canyon View residents work together as an association, setting policies, maintaining the common property and striving to maintain an active, yet peaceful, atmosphere for all residents. Homeowners, renters and guests all are expected to do their part to keep our neighborhood safe, clean and enjoyable for all. As neighbors, we care about our community and each other.
